Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) invites applications for a Retail Associate to greet customers and provide excellent service at our Skudai store. You will promote products, share product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets while maintaining an inviting environment.

You will handle unloading, stocking, shelf organization, and inventory, ensuring correct labeling and eye-level displays. The role includes being a backup cashier and supporting store promotions, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Taman Impian Emas, Skudai, Johor.
