Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad is seeking team members for Seremban, Negeri Sembilan to greet customers, upsell products, and keep shelves tidy. You will assist with loading/unloading, stock organization, and promotions, with a potential to cover cashier shifts as needed.

The role requires basic education (SPM or equivalent), strong communication, and a customer-centric attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/holiday availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
