Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer-oriented retail associate at Alam Budiman U10, Shah Alam. The role focuses on greeting customers, promoting products, and maintaining a tidy shopping environment.

You will support stock handling, inventory checks, and occasionally step in as a cashier. Candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Alam Budiman U10, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; dispose of trash and keep aisles/storerooms neat.
