Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring at Bandar Putra Bertam, Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang to greet customers, promote products, and support store operations. You will assist customers, upsell, maintain displays, manage inventory, and act as a backup cashier while ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
