Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking staff for a dynamic retail position at our Shah Alam stores. You will greet customers, promote products, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining stock and displays.

The role involves handling inventory, assisting with promotions, and occasionally acting as a cashier. Applicants should be able to work weekends and holidays and be physically fit for long standing periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Alam Budiman U10, Shah Alam, Selangor.
