Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking a proactive Sales Assistant for Aeon Mall Taman Maluri. You greet customers, promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to hit sales targets while delivering a friendly shopping experience.

You will assist with stock arrivals, organize shelves, ensure correct labeling and eye-level displays, maintain store cleanliness, manage inventory, and support in cashier duties when needed. Flexible weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Aeon Mall Taman Maluri, Cheras, KL.

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.

Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods efficiently during stock arrivals and placement.

Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.

Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.

Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.

Act as a replacement cashier when needed.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
