Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) invites friendly retail associates to join Pearl City Mall, Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang. You will greet customers, promote products, and upsell to meet sales targets while maintaining clean, organized shelves and accurate labeling.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Willing to work at Pearl City Mall, Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
