Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to greet customers, promote products, and upsell to meet sales targets. You will unload, stock, label, and display merchandise while keeping shelves neat and prices visible.

Maintain inventory, report discrepancies, and assist with promotions. The role requires a positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.

Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.

Assist in the arrangement of product displays and store promotions.

Act as a replacement cashier when needed.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.

Willing to work at Taman Pulai Mutiara, Skudai, Johor.
