Job summary

Dokoh Ratna Bridal Boutique in Sungai Petani, Kedah, is seeking an energetic Sales Assistant to engage walk-in customers, recommend bridal gowns, suits, and event packages, and help convert inquiries into bookings.

You will maintain showroom presentation, handle basic admin, and support a premium bridal brand with a team-focused, customer-first mindset. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required; Mandarin is a plus; minimum SPM or Diploma.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (retail, bridal, fashion, or related industry preferred).
• Genuine customer-first attitude - friendly, patient, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays during peak wedding season.
• Confident communicator in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and comfortable representing a premium bridal brand.
• Sales-target driven, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, WhatsApp Business, social media).
• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic administrative tasks - booking records, payment collection, and customer files.
