Job summary

DRESSAVILLE in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a retail stylist to assist customers with evening gowns and accessories, providing styling advice and product recommendations. You will manage consultations, bookings, fittings, and ensure a polished showroom experience for every client.

During the probation period, you earn RM3,000; after probation, take-home rises to RM4,000–RM5,000 per month with personal commissions.

Qualifications

Job description

Initial 3–4 Months (Evening Gowns):

After probation period, will transition to Basic Salary + Personal Commission, serving evening gown clients with an expected take-home of RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 per month.

Advancement to Bridal:

Upon establishing a proven sales track record and styling proficiency, you will advance to handling our premium bridal clients, raising your total earnings to RM 6,000 - RM 8,000+ per month through higher personal commission.
