Job summary

PUSTAKA RAWANG SDN. BHD. – Puchong New Village is seeking personnel to maintain product knowledge and confidently introduce products to customers.

The role requires ensuring price tagging, neat product arrangement, and timely restocking while keeping supervisors informed about fast-moving items and low stock. The successful candidate will attend customers professionally, maintain a courteous and lively disposition, and perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.

• Well versed in product knowledge and able to introduce our products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all items sold in the department or section is price tagged accordingly.
• Ensure that the goods are arranged systematically and tidily.
• Ensure that the stocks are replenished when the need arises and inform the supervisor of fast moving items and of low stock levels.
• Ensure that the customers are professionally attended immediately and promptly.
• Ensure that politeness and a lively pleasant disposition is maintained at all times.
