Job summary

Luxe Tiramisu Cafe in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a courteous cashier to process transactions accurately, greet customers, and maintain a clean checkout area.

You will handle payments, stock shelves, promote offers, and support inventory while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting. A minimum of 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role.
• Strong mathematical and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods with integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
