Job summary

Jack Studio Marketing Sdn Berhad in Klang is seeking a proactive sales associate to assist customers in selecting products, explain features, and promote ongoing campaigns.

You will handle price tags, stock counts, cashier support, and ensure shelves are neatly displayed while aiming to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

The role offers a monthly salary of RM2,000 to RM3,500, with EPF/SOCSO and other benefits, and requires customer-focused service on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
• Promote and explain product features, prices, promotions and ongoing campaigns.
• Approach customers proactively and provide friendly and professional service.
• Demonstrate products and provide basic product recommendations.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper product arrangement and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
• Monitor product availability and inform the Supervisor when stocks are low.
• Assist with stock replenishment and stock transfers when required.
• Ensure price tags, promotional materials and product information are accurate and properly displayed.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with basic customer complaints.
• Support cashier and payment processes when required.
• Keep the sales floor and display areas clean and organised.
• Assist with stock counting and checking during stock take.
• Support outlet promotional activities, product launches and special events.
• Follow company SOPs, sales procedures and outlet guidelines.
• Perform other duties related to outlet sales and operations as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job description

Salary

RM 2000- RM3,500 per month

Salary may vary depending on experience, outlet location and sales performance.
