Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Wellness Rain Tree Rain section. You will set up the sales area, prepare merchandise for stock takes, and perform cashiering duties while ensuring overall store presentation.

The ideal candidate has good Malay and English communication, a pleasant and confident personality, and is willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Training and uniform are provided with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least Primary/Secondary School education (SPM).
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Pleasant, neat, warm, friendly and confident personality.

Responsibilities

• Set up sales/promotion area per layout and maintain cleanliness.
• Prepare merchandise for stock takes.
• Handle PA or return damaged merchandise to supplier.
• Becomes counter for monthly stock taking and cashiering.
• Attend required training and wear uniform.
• Staff canteen and other in-store duties as needed.

• Set up sales / promotion area according to confirmed layout, ensure no rubbish / boxes left behind and POP is enough and sufficient.
• Prepare merchandise for stock take.
• Do P.A or return damaged merchandise to supplier.
• Becomes counter for monthly stock taking.
• Attend training when required and needed.
• Doing the cashiering.

Job Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM, any field.

Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pleasant, neat, warm, friendly and confident personality.

Able to work on rotating shifts, long hours, work on weekends, public holidays.
