Job summary

EXS Synergy Sdn Bhd is seeking a passionate Sales & Application Engineer to support its Data Centre business in Malaysia. The role bridges customer requirements with engineering solutions and drives growth in the data centre sector.

You will build relationships with clients and consultants, prepare proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver effective solutions. Based in Cyberjaya, this position offers a commission scheme and a living allowance with opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales.
• Experience or exposure in Data Centre, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I), M&E, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Willing to be based in Cyberjaya.

EXS Synergy Sdn Bhd is looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Application Engineer to join our growing team and support our expansion in the Data Centre industry.

As part of our team, you will play an important role in bridging customer requirements with the right engineering solutions while supporting business growth in the data centre sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver effective solutions
• Support customer meetings, presentations, and project discussions

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields
