You will understand customer needs, propose engineering solutions, and prepare technical/commercial proposals while supporting sales and project execution.

This role is not purely a sales post; an engineering background plus interest in technical sales and application engineering is essential, with travel required.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Application Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with technical sales and customer-facing skills. The role will involve understanding customer requirements, recommending engineering solutions, preparing technical/commercial proposals, and supporting sales and project execution.

This is not a pure sales role. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with an interest in developing a career in technical sales and application engineering.

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Mandarin speaking is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong interest in technical sales.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to learn and travel.

Junior – 1–2 Years

• Engineering background with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Exposure to technical sales, application engineering, customer support, or engineering solutions.
• Confident in communicating with customers.
• Commercially aware with an interest in sales.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas.
