Job summary

Ecos Link Solutions Sdn Bhd, a provider of CEMS and environmental solutions for the palm oil industry in Malaysia, seeks a sales engineer to expand market presence across mills nationwide. You will drive CEMS calibration contracts and promote our dust removal system for boiler efficiency and emissions compliance.

The role requires field visits, technical demonstrations, and close collaboration with service teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
• 2-3 years of industrial sales experience; experience in palm oil, environmental solutions, or process equipment is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit every palm oil mill in Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak to engage with decision-makers and technical teams.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to expand our CEMS calibration service portfolio.
• Promote and demonstrate the benefits of our dust removal system for boiler efficiency, fuel savings, and compliance with environmental standards.
• Build long-term relationships with mill managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

The Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to spearhead our market expansion across all palm oil mills in Malaysia. Your mission will be to grow our market share, secure calibration service contracts for CEMS, and promote our high-performance dust removal system for boiler applications.

Key Responsibilities
