Job summary

CAHAYA KEBUN SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales, marketing and operational activities in Kuching, Malaysia.

You will develop strategies to hit sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and manage relationships with existing customers. You will promote products across channels, manage social media, and assist with market research and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or relevant working experience.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s products through various sales channels.
• Manage social media platforms and prepare marketing and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and customer visits.
• Prepare sales reports, follow up on leads, and monitor customer orders.
• Assist with product packing, weighing, stock handling, and QA/QC.
• Carry out product deliveries and outstation duties when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
