Job summary

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a proactive Commercial Sales Support Analyst to strengthen our Sales Force Effectiveness. You will transform data into actionable insights and support sales teams with dashboards and reports.

You will partner with the Business Manager, manage sales data, build Power BI dashboards, and help optimize processes. The role emphasizes data accuracy, storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration to drive performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modelling.
Power BI dashboard design and maintenance experience.
Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling skills.
Strong stakeholder management and proactive mindset.
Analytical rigor with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Business Manager to design strategies that boost sales productivity.
Maintain data integrity across internal sales systems.
Create and update robust sales trackers to monitor performance.
Administer and analyze sales incentive schemes and payouts.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPIs and trends.
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
Lead ad-hoc analytics projects for strategic decisions.
Prepare professional management presentations.
