Job summary

CHAUMET in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior/Sales Ambassador to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. You will cultivate a loyal client base, assist with daily boutique operations, and act as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge.

You will collaborate with the Boutique Manager to ensure premium customer experiences, maintain boutique standards, and support events and merchandising activities in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations in jewelry or high-end luxury.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in English and good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all sales and operations processes per company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador with product and brand knowledge and customer service.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, including after-service issues.
• Support events and visual merchandising with the marketing team.
• Maintain boutique conditions: cleanliness, safety, security, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager.

We are actively looking for a Senior/Sales Ambassador based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the Sales Ambassador will be responsible for meeting individual and boutique sales targets, providing exceptional client service levels at all times, cultivating and maintaining a loyal client base and assisting with daily boutique operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Follow all the sales & operations processes and requirements according to the Company policies.
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating high level of product & brand knowledge and customer service.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction to build long term relationships between the brand and customers. This includes to work closely with customers on after service issues.
• Support events, activities and change of visual merchandising with the marketing team.
• Maintain the best boutique conditions at all times. E.g. cleanliness, safety, security etc.
• Support all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Boutique Manager

Profile:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in retail operations with successful track record gained from jewelry or high-end luxury retail industry
• Sales and resulted-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated, team player, positive thinker, creative and effective
• High integrity with good ethics and values
