Job summary

Universal Traveller Shop Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver excellent customer service, greet shoppers, and assist with product selections on the sales floor.

You will handle daily store operations, run promotions, keep displays tidy, and work toward sales targets while maintaining a positive energy, teamwork, and a customer‑oriented attitude on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Perform daily store operation; opening and closing.
• Greet, serve and provide assistance to customers.
• Keep up to date with promotions and display merchandise.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Assist in display and organization of merchandise and inventory.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
