Trendy Brand Hub Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its Malaysia operations, with Near Bear as the main brand. The role involves assisting customers, introducing products, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets in various Klang Valley locations.

You will handle cashier transactions, keep displays tidy, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend and public holiday work is required, with opportunities for career advancement based on performance.

Competenze

• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Must have own transportation or be able to travel independently to different work locations without difficulty.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.

Trendy Brand Hub Sdn. Bhd. is a retail-based company with an established presence in China and Thailand. We are expanding our business in Malaysia, with Near Bear as our main brand.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers and provide friendly, helpful service.

Introduce products and recommend suitable items to customers.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Handle cashier transactions and daily sales operations.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the booth is clean and organised.

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock checking and replenishment.

Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary starting from RM2,500.

KPI incentives of up to RM1,000.

Additional sales bonuses based on sales target achievement.

Career advancement opportunities based on performance.

Position and salary may be reviewed after the first three months based on performance.

Work Location

Various shopping malls around Klang Valley. Work locations may change according to operational needs.
