Job summary

Albatross Exim (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia seeks a capable administrator to support export and daily sales workflows.

You will prepare quotations, maintain price lists, coordinate with Purchasing on stock, handle daily invoicing, and enter sales orders. You will also manage export documentation with QA/QC support and liaise with customers and transporters to ensure timely shipments. Our ISO/HACCP/HALAL/GMP certified company specializes in premium seafood, including smoked salmon.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for director's review and approval.
• Manage and maintain product price lists.
• Liaise with Purchasing regarding pending items and stock availability.
• Coordinate and prepare hotel tender submissions as assigned.
• Issue internal billing on a daily basis.
• Key in daily sales orders into the system.
• Print invoices for daily orders.
• Assist Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators in daily operations.
• Update fresh fish prices as required.
• Liaise with customers on urgent matters and information updates.
• Export permit applications and export documentation coordination.
• Communicate with customers, shipping agents, and transporters regarding export arrangements.
• Maintain proper filing and record keeping of export documents.
• Export documents will be assisted by QA/Qc team.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

Job description

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
