Omega Health Products is recruiting for a sales-focused role in Malaysia. You will manage existing accounts, handle daily enquiries, and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled promptly.
The position involves developing new leads, preparing quotations, and supporting business development to drive sales growth. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience, a diploma or degree in Business/Marketing/Sales, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and handle their day-to-day enquiries and follow-ups.
Act as the key liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are communicated and followed up promptly.
Coordinate with Production, QC, R&D, Regulatory, Logistics and other relevant departments to resolve customer requests and issues.
Follow up on quotations, samples, orders, product development, delivery status and other customer requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate responses to customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor existing accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales and introduce additional products.
Develop new customer leads and support business development activities to generate new sales.
Prepare sales quotations, proposals and other relevant documents when required.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and follow-up status.
Achieve assigned sales and customer servicing targets while supporting overall business growth.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good customer relationships.
Good coordination and follow-up skills, especially when dealing with multiple internal departments.
Customer-oriented, proactive and responsive in handling enquiries and requests.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable with sales targets and motivated by sales incentives.
Willing to travel or attend customer meetings when required.
