Powertechnic Handling Equipment (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulai, Johor, seeks a safety administration professional to manage MyKKP submissions, JKKP renewal and inspection, and the preparation of required documents. You will coordinate with customers, maintain accurate safety records, and ensure proper filing using Google Docs/Drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in safety administration or JKKP.
• Familiar with MyKKP submission and JKKP procedures.
• Experience handling JKKP renewal and inspection.
• Good computer skills including MS Office, Google Docs and Google Drive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist with MyKKP submissions and related JKKP matters.
• Arrange and coordinate JKKP renewal and inspection.
• Prepare, compile and submit required documents for JKKP submission.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding JKKP-related matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of safety and JKKP records.
• Update and maintain records using Google Docs / Google Drive.
• Provide administrative support for safety-related activities and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
