Job summary

Oceancare Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a seasoned Safety and Health professional in Malaysia to lead occupational health, safety, and environmental programs within offshore and onshore oil & gas operations.

The role requires a BSc/MSc in engineering or science or OSH/environmental discipline and a DOSH-registered Safety and Health Officer. You will apply strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and effective communication across teams and regulators to ensure offshore safety and HSSE

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Engineering or Science or OSH/Environmental discipline.
• Registered Safety and Health Officer with DOSH Malaysia.
• 5–10 years in occupational health, safety, or environmental roles in oil & gas.
• Experience with offshore/onshore construction, EPCIC, or turnaround activities.
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and offshore safety practices.

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering or Science, or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental discipline
• Registered Safety and Health Officer with DOSH Malaysia

Experience:

• 5-10 years in occupational health, safety, or environmental roles within oil & gas
• Exposure to Production Operations, Offshore/Onshore Construction, EPCIC, or Turnaround activities
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and offshore safety practices
• Leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communicator across all organizational levels and with regulators
• Familiarity with HSSE systems and offshore operational environment
