NTS CONSTRUCTION SUPPLIES SDN BHD is seeking a qualified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to oversee workplace safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and DOSH requirements. You will lead inspections, risk assessments, and safety reporting while promoting a safe working environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Green Book (DOSH) and is well-versed in OSHA regulations, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Must hold a valid DOSH Green Book (SHO) and be registered as SHО.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and Malaysian safety standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOSH regulations across operations.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and prepare safety reports.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead safety inductions and toolbox talks for staff.
• Liaise with DOSH, clients, and authorities on safety matters.
• Promote and monitor a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for a qualified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) to oversee workplace safety and ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and DOSH requirements.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations

Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments

Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports

Investigate accidents, incidents, and recommend corrective actions

Conduct safety induction and toolbox meetings

Liaise with DOSH, clients, and relevant authorities on safety matters

Monitor and promote a safe working environment

Perform other duties assigned by management

About you

Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book (DOSH)

Good knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Possess own transport
