SA Team Engineering in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a Safety & Health Officer Assistant to support the implementation of the safety and health management system and ensure compliance with Malaysian OSH regulations. You will assist with inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, PPE monitoring, and maintain safety records.
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years' experience is an advantage.

This role involves assisting the Safety & Health Officer in implementing and maintaining the company's safety and health management system, supporting daily safety operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health regulations.

Support daily safety operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health regulations
Assist in conducting workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
Help investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare necessary reports and documentation
Assist in organizing safety training, new employee safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and promote safe work practices
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, permits, and other safety-related documentation
Assist in coordinating with government authorities, customers, contractors, and external auditors on safety-related matters
Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other safety management system activities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties for the Safety & Health Department
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage
Basic understanding of Malaysian Occupational Safety & Health regulations
Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good communication and organizational skills
