Upright Talent in Johor Bahru is seeking a safety-focused professional to manage daily safety tasks, conduct inspections, and coordinate training and drills at a premier manufacturing site in Mount Austin. The role emphasizes independence and proactive safety governance.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and manage daily safety tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain fire extinguishers, first aid kits and safety equipment.
• Arrange safety training, BOMBA training and emergency drills.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and report safety issues.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
• Record and report workplace incidents properly.
• Maintain safety records and documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties on safety matters.
