Job summary

Well-Union Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Safety, Health and Environment Co-ordinator to manage workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and waste management. The role emphasizes OSH laws, environmental rules, incident investigations, and audits across the organisation.

Fresh graduates and interns are welcome. A Diploma/Degree in Safety & Health, Environmental, Engineering, or related fields is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant OSH/SHE experience.

Qualifications

SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to take charge of workplace safety, health, environmental compliance, and scheduled waste management. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring full regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) laws, environmental regulations, and company policies

Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and support incident investigations

Coordinate external audits, inspections, and authority submissions (DOSH/DOE)

Monitor and manage scheduled waste compliance in accordance with regulations

Maintain proper documentation and prepare safety and compliance reports

Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices

Liaise with authorities, auditors, and external consultants

Support internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

About you

Fresh graduates and internship students are highly encouraged to apply.

2–5 years of relevant experience in OSH / SHE compliance
