Job summary

Well-Union Metal Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Safety, Health and Environment Co-ordinator to manage workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and waste management. The role emphasizes OSH laws, environmental rules, incident investigations, and audits across the organisation.

Fresh graduates and interns are welcome. A Diploma/Degree in Safety & Health, Environmental, Engineering, or related fields is preferred, with 2–5 years of relevant OSH/SHE experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Safety & Health, Environmental, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant OSH/SHE compliance experience.
• Fresh graduates and internship students are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience in audits, inspections and incident management.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Competent Person certification (e.g. SHO) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSH laws, environmental regulations, and company policies compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and support incident investigations.
• Coordinate external audits, inspections, and submissions (DOSH/DOE).
• Monitor and manage scheduled waste compliance per regulations.
• Maintain documentation and prepare safety/compliance reports.
• Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement practices.
• Liaise with authorities, auditors and external consultants.
• Support internal audits and corrective/preventive actions.
