LittleLives Inc. is a fast-growing EduTech SaaS provider serving schools across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive (FP&A) in Malaysia to lead billing operations, AR, and SaaS revenue reporting within our regional finance team.

You will coordinate audits, tax compliance, and statutory filings, while supporting month-end close and regulatory requirements. Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud accounting software are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 3–5 years in general accounting or financial management.
• Experience managing Malaysian entities, tax forms, WHT, and liaising with external auditors.
• Prior SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations for Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Coordinate audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare SaaS revenue reporting (MRR, NRR) and revenue analysis.
• Manage accounts receivable and cash collections processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
