Hapag-Lloyd AG in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Automation Analyst to design, develop, and test RPA bots using Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation initiatives and ensure delivery quality across projects.

The role requires 1–3 years of process automation experience, strong documentation skills, and excellent English communication. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and capable of rapid technology adoption in a regional setting.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years professional experience in process automation, ideally on enterprise scale and business process analyst.
• Professional knowledge of RPA software, ideally Blue Prism or other RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Excellent command of English.
• Excellent written and oral skills with the ability to clearly document the end-to-end process cycle, automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the implemented design architecture.

Design, develop, test and support RPA bots, based on Blue Prism platform.

Create, test and support in-house macros created using VB.

Identify, coordinate and implement automation initiatives

Responsibilities

Main Tasks:

Design, develop, test and support the bots created in Blue Prism platform.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of automation initiatives.

Ensure quality of the end deliverables.

Develop and implement appropriate quality control and test procedures, troubleshooting, training of bots and writing technical guide for internal and external users.

Identify ways to improve bot performance.

Comply with existing in-house change management processes.

Collaborate with respective Head of Departments to understand how the vision of the product translates into specific requirements and business needs.

Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure delivery timeliness.

Ad-hoc assignments i.e. collaborating in regional projects.
