Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Robotic Process Automation Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support RPA solutions using UiPath, AA, or Blue Prism in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with business users to analyze requirements, develop automation workflows, and ensure governance and best practices are followed.

The role involves creating design documents, testing, production deployment support, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Eng or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism development experience.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions.

Job description

Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with business users to analyze requirements, develop automation workflows, perform testing, support production bots, and ensure automation solutions adhere to governance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath or Automation Anywhere Or BluePrism

Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.

Create process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical documentation.

Develop automation workflows involving web applications, desktop applications, Excel, PDFs, emails, APIs, and databases.

Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production deployment activities.

Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.

Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

Manage bot scheduling, monitoring, logging, alerts, and exception handling.

Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and development standards.

Support enhancement requests, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in automation assessments and recommend process optimization opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/BluePrism development.

Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting solutions.

Experience working with attended and unattended automation.

Knowledge of workflow automation, process mapping, and business process analysis.

Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation.

Experience integrating APIs, web services, and third‑party systems.

Familiarity with Excel automation, email automation, PDF extraction, and web automation.

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
