Qualifications include 2–5+ years in UiPath development, 3–8+ years in software development, and experience with Agile/Scrum. Salesforce administration is a preferred extra skill.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Analyze business processes and automation opportunities in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using the UiPath platform.
• Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation workflows following enterprise development standards.
• Develop unattended, attended, and orchestrated automation solutions.
• Create reusable libraries, components, and frameworks to accelerate development.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and notification frameworks.
• Optimize bot performance to improve execution efficiency and reliability.

Testing & Deployment

• Prepare unit test cases and perform unit testing.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production deployment.
• Resolve defects identified during testing.
• Support production releases following change management procedures.
• Ensure successful deployment through UiPath Orchestrator.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production bots.
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement bug fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor bot health and execution performance.
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Maintain automation stability and minimize production disruptions.

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain:
• Process Design Documents (PDD)
• Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Technical Design Documents (TDD), Test Cases, Test Evidence
• Deployment Documentation
• Operational Runbooks
• Support Documentation
• Maintain version control and documentation repositories.

Governance & Compliance

• Follow enterprise RPA development standards and coding guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and peer reviews.
• Follow SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Support audit activities by providing technical documentation and deployment evidence.
• Work closely with: Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Teams

QA Teams

• Support Teams, Business Users
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
