Job summary

DHL Express is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to execute and support automation initiatives across functions and locations in Malaysia. You will design solutions, maintain governance documentation, and ensure stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in software development, practical UiPath experience (1+ year), and strong .NET/MSSQL skills along with Power BI and MS Office proficiency. On-site role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in IT/software development or related field.
• 2–4 years in software development with UiPath platform experience.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
• Strong .NET and MSSQL development skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute & support RPA initiatives with team members, stakeholders and process owners.
• Provide effective support to Head of RPA for smooth department operation.
• Ensure business users’ interests are reflected in all improvement phases.
• Understand and design solutions for processes across DHL Express functions & locations.
• Identify and leverage best practices in RPA/OCR community.
• Design practical solutions addressing cost and performance opportunities.
• Implement RPA initiatives with DHL Express Business Partners.
• Navigate cross‑cultural processes and country sensitivities.
• Create & maintain RPA process documentation per governance (maps, SDD).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships & provide RPA/OCR usage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.
• Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Ensure that business users’ interests are reflected within all phases of improvement.
• Understand and design solutions for different processes used throughout DHL Express in different functions & locations.
• Identify and leverage best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community.
• Design practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities – both cost and performance.
• Successfully implement RPA initiatives with DHL Express Business Partners.
• Relate to cross‑cultural processes and country sensitivities.
• Create & maintain RPA process documentation as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. process maps, SDD).
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships & provide solutions on how to use RPA / OCR.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of IT development process.
• Ability to develop tools/solutions using programming language .Net and MSSQL.

• At least 2‑4 years working experience in the Software Development Environment and 1+ years of experience in UiPath platform.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Coding and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem‑Solving, System(s) testing, UAT, debugging and Bug fixes.
• Qualified university degree holder specializing in IT field (Software Development) or a related field preferred.
