Job description

As a Rotation Associate at Centrionics, you will participate in our dynamic and comprehensive rotational program, offering you an opportunity to explore various facets of our cutting-edge technology company. This role is designed to provide a well-rounded understanding of Centrionics’ operations especially in Sales Process & Management, enabling you to gain valuable experience, contribute to our success, and help shape your long-term career path. The Rotation Associate position offers exposure to different departments, project work, mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities.

Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of rotational assignments across various departments/Divisions within Centrionics, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Products & Application, Projects Management within a year.

Project Contributions: Actively participate in and contribute to key projects within each department, using your unique skill set and fresh insights to make meaningful contributions to the company’s success.

Mentorship: Benefit from close mentorship by experienced professionals within the organization. Your mentors will provide guidance, share their insights, and offer career advice to help you navigate your career path effectively.
