Qualifications

Proven ability to develop business cases, perform financial analysis, and present investment proposals.
Experience securing sponsorship, budgets, or funding for strategic initiatives.
Strong cross-functional coordination with Finance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams.
Experience in financial services, leasing, or regulated industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead business strategy and transformation across Commercial, Credit, Risk, Operations and DT teams.
Identify challenges, map opportunities, and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with priorities.
Translate needs into initiatives with objectives, scope, benefits, and ROI expectations.
Develop comprehensive business cases, financial projections, and investment proposals.
Coordinate stakeholders and manage budgets, risks, and timelines; drive adoption and value realization.
