Space Plast SDN BHD in Kedah is seeking an Injection Moulding & Robot Arm Technician to operate and monitor high-speed robotic arms during production, ensuring synchronization with moulding machines and conveyors. You will adjust parameters to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Formación

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechatronics, Robotics or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in robotic operations or automation in manufacturing.
• Experience with palletizer robots (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa) preferred.
• Understanding of PLC control systems, pneumatic circuits, and sensors.
• Ability to perform basic robot programming and parameter adjustment.
• Knowledge of injection moulding production flow and packaging systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor high-speed robotic arms during production shifts.
• Ensure robots are synchronized with injection moulding machines and conveyors.
• Adjust robot parameters to optimize performance and minimize errors.
• Identify and resolve alarms or stoppages promptly.
• Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and sensor issues to minimize downtime.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance with the maintenance team.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Ensure palletizing accuracy and correct stacking patterns.
• Monitor output for defects and take corrective action.
