Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support for Risk Engineering systems and applications.
• Investigate issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
• Monitor performance, incidents, and defects; document issues and fixes.
• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities.
• Participate in UAT, including preparation, execution, and validation.
