Job summary

Talent Connect Service seeks a detail-oriented Risk Operations Executive to review suspicious account activity, investigate potential violations, and support risk management operations.

You will collaborate with Customer Support and Product teams, maintain investigation records, and ensure compliance with data protection and internal guidelines. Strong logical reasoning and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong logical reasoning, curiosity, and attention to detail, with the ability to distinguish suspicious indicators from confirmed violations.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, structured case tickets, and written reports.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly, follow established approval procedures, and work independently.
• Good written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Willing to work scheduled shifts when required to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and investigate suspicious account activity flagged by risk monitoring systems or internal teams.
• Investigate potential duplicate accounts, self-referral activities, suspicious account linkages, and promotional rule violations.
• Cross-check user account data, activity logs, device and network indicators, verification records, and program usage history.
• Document clear case timelines, supporting evidence, alternative explanations, and investigation outcomes.
• Escalate confirmed violations or high-impact cases to senior reviewers and support authorised account restrictions when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, and technical teams to resolve cases, correct errors, and improve preventive controls.
• Maintain accurate investigation records while complying with access controls, data protection requirements, and internal investigation guidelines.
