Job summary

RBC is seeking a motivated student/coop for an administrative support role in Putrajaya, Malaysia. You will assist the COO team with routine tasks, client profile reviews, and reporting to senior stakeholders in a dynamic, global banking environment.

The role offers hands-on exposure to process improvements, VBA/Advanced Excel usage, and foundational AI/ML concepts, with a standard 9am-6pm work day and a fixed-term arrangement that supports professional growth within a leading financial

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or Finance or related experience.
• Strong VBA/Macro and Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of Core AI/ML concepts and data analysis.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Client Profile and transactions reviews and controls.
• Support process improvements, including streamlining and automation initiatives where applicable.
• Assist in the preparation of reports or materials for senior stakeholders.
