Optimum Infosolutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Risk Analyst for a contract position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks across banking and financial services, ensuring regulatory compliance and protection of the organisation.

The role involves developing risk management frameworks, collaborating with senior management and business units, and maintaining risk documentation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of risk management, compliance or related financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial compliance frameworks in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and document potential risks across banking and financial services operations.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and control measures.
• Monitor and analyse compliance metrics to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments for new products, processes and initiatives.
• Support internal audit activities and regulatory inspections.
