Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Risk Analytics Manager to lead our Risk team and strengthen preventive risk management. You will work with Risk and Data teams to turn customer, transaction, and portfolio data into clear trends and early-warning indicators.

You will report to the Director and collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Business teams to implement practical controls and drive risk strategy in a growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, or related roles.
• Experience in Digital Lending, Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin helpful for multilingual stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of team leadership/mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of customer, transaction, and portfolio data to identify risk trends and exposures.
• Develop and improve credit, fraud, transaction risk strategies, scoring, and early-warning indicators.
• Collaborate with Data team to turn cleaned data into trends, dashboards, and insights.
• Use SQL, Python, BI and AI tools to monitor risk performance and reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to Senior Management and lead risk execution.
