Job summary

Safran Landing Systems in Malaysia is seeking a RFPC Operator 1 to support precision assembly and repair activities in the RFPC workshop. You will follow procedures, log receipts, and align with the production plan.

The role requires a diploma or higher, at least 3 years in manufacturing or aerospace, mechanical aptitude, and strong teamwork. You will wear PPE and operate instruments, contributing to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Intermediate Bahasa Malaysia and English for communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow procedures, work instructions and SOPs.
• Receive and log worn heat stacks, verify PO, part number and quantity.
• Prepare basket for disk cleaning and support cleaning bath prep.
• Load/sequence disks to support RFPC workshop production plan.
• Assemble metal hardware to carbon disks as required for riveting.
• Operate precision measuring instruments accurately.
• Pick, kit and data entry for heat sink delivery.
• Pack/outbound box shipment and data entry weekly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Use data systems to document/monitor production processes.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Suggest improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety, health and environmental policies and energy policies.
• Comply with ethics, anti-corruption, flight safety policies.
• Handle kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, lifting up to 10kg.
• Communicate clearly; respond to safety directions.
• Work in potentially challenging environmental conditions.
