Job summary

Capcon Consulting is seeking an experienced RF Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to design and validate high-frequency wireless hardware for carrier-grade networks. You will architect, simulate, and test RF circuits and Wi‑Fi systems, bridging lab work with production goals.

The role requires 3+ years in active RF circuit design, hands-on use of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes, and a proven ability to clear FCC/CE rules. Hybrid work with 3 days in office and 2 at home is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing active RF circuits.
• Experience using RF test equipment (spectrum/network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Proven ability to meet FCC/CE certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect, simulate, and test advanced RF circuits and Wi-Fi radio systems.
• Source, evaluate, and qualify high-frequency wireless and antenna components.
• Build physical prototypes and characterize signal integrity in the lab.
• Support global factory production lines to optimize RF calibration.

About You

• Experience as: RF Engineer, Wireless Hardware Engineer, Antenna Design Engineer, or Wi‑Fi Validation Engineer.
• Level: Open to multiple levels (Engineer: 3–5 years / Senior Engineer: 6+ years).
