• Preferably degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning or Operations.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong MS Office and Brio Query proficiency.
• Good English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan and schedule manufacturing to meet deliveries.
• Adapt to Resource planning report, MES, and Assembly/Test scheduling systems.
• Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate inputs/outputs for capacity and demand.
• Manage and monitor WIP materials.
• Ensure availability of die/piece parts and raw stock for builds.
• Monitor delinquencies and on-time delivery to avoid line-downs.
• Apply planning analysis to drive actions and improve results.
• Familiarize with planning systems (VSOR, TMDB, BOM, Agile, Lot Master, Genesis).
• Support expedited needs in supply chain planning.

ASSY/TEST PLANNER

Job Scope:

• Ensure all manufacturing planning and scheduling activities are carried out efficiently to meet all customer deliveries on time.
• To adapt and willingness to learn the Resource planning report, Manufacturing execution system and Assembly/Test scheduling system.
• Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate input and output per the available capacity and demands in order to achieve on-time shipments to customers.
• Manage and monitor production line Work-In-Process (WIP) materials.
• Ensures die/piece part/raw stock are available to meet manufacturing build requirements.
• Monitor and analyze delinquencies and Factory-On-Time-Delivery (FOTD) to avoid customer line down.
• Apply planning knowledge to conduct deep dive root cause analysis and drive actions to improve planning results.
• Familiarize with planning parameter/execution systems (VSOR, TMDB, BOM, Agile, Lot Master, Genesis).
• To support all expedites needed by PPF (Product Planning Fulfillment) in supply chain organization.

Qualification:

• Preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning or Operations Degrees.
• Experience or Fresh graduate in any discipline could apply as well.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Brio Query.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written (especially in English).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Able to learn new software/programs as department needs arise.
• Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing and SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage
