Job summary

NXP Semiconductors in Malaysia seeks a capable candidate for manufacturing planning and scheduling to ensure on-time deliveries. You will collaborate daily with manufacturing, adapt to planning tools and SAP/ERP, and manage WIP and material availability.

Fresh graduates are welcome alongside degreed candidates in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or Operations. Strong English communication and team fit are required, with growth through learning opportunities in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning or Operations Degrees.
• Experience or Fresh graduate in any discipline could apply as well.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Brio Query.
• Good communication skills both verbally and written (especially in English).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Able to learn new software/programs as department needs arise.
• Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing and SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Ensure all manufacturing planning and scheduling activities are carried out efficiently to meet customer deliveries on time.
• Adapt and learn the Resource planning report, MES and scheduling systems.
• Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate input/output for capacity and demand to achieve on-time shipments.
• Manage and monitor Production line WIP materials.
• Ensure die/piece part/raw stock availability for build requirements.
• Monitor delinquencies and FOTD to avoid customer line downs.
• Apply planning knowledge to conduct root cause analysis and drive improvements.
• Familiarize with planning parameters/execution systems (VSOR, TMDB, BOM, Agile, Lot Master, Genesis).
• Support all expedites needed by PPF in supply chain organization.
