Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking an ASSY/TEST PLANNER to ensure efficient manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet customer deliveries. The role requires adapting to planning and execution systems and coordinating daily with manufacturing to optimize capacity and demand.

Candidates should hold a relevant degree or be a fresh graduate, with strong MS Office skills and English communication. Familiarity with SAP/ERP and various planning tools is advantageous, and independence with teamwork is

Qualifications

Preferably degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Planning or Operations.
Fresh graduates may apply.
Strong MS Office and Brio Query proficiency.
Good English communication, written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule manufacturing to meet deliveries.
Adapt to Resource planning report, MES, and Assembly/Test scheduling systems.
Interface daily with manufacturing to coordinate inputs/outputs for capacity and demand.
Manage and monitor WIP materials.
Ensure availability of die/piece parts and raw stock for builds.
Monitor delinquencies and on-time delivery to avoid line-downs.
Apply planning analysis to drive actions and improve results.
Familiarize with planning systems (VSOR, TMDB, BOM, Agile, Lot Master, Genesis).
Support expedited needs in supply chain planning.
