Job summary

GCI SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD is offering a hands-on internship for aspiring RF/telecommunication engineers in Kuala Lumpur.

You will assist RF Engineers with network coverage analysis and optimization, and gain exposure to real-world projects. During the 3 to 6 month placement, you will learn practical telemetry skills, prepare reports and documentation, and work closely with the team to analyze performance and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Internship placement available for 3 to 6 months.
• Candidate must possess their own laptop.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist RF Engineers in network coverage analysis and optimization activities.
• Support the team in monitoring and analyzing network coverage performance.
• Learn and develop practical skills related to telecommunication and RF engineering.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and technical data analysis.
• Support various operational and engineering tasks assigned by the team.
• Gain hands-on exposure to real-world telecommunication industry projects, challenges, and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
